中文摘要:在砂卵砾石层进行地连墙施工时其浆液漏失严重、槽壁垮塌频发、工程成本陡增,传统膨润土泥浆已很难满足工程要求。在理论分析的基础上进行试验研究,对天然粘土进行综合改性以研制新型护壁泥浆解决砂卵砾石层地连墙槽壁坍塌问题。通过优选试验确定基础改性剂CN-1以改善其悬浮稳定性问题,在此基础上进一步筛选得到提粘护胶剂(CG-14S)、协同封堵剂(DFD-2)对其综合性能指标进行改进,通过正交试验确定优化配方并进行性能与成本评价,最终研制出一种可应用于砂卵砾石层地连墙施工的新型粘土护壁泥浆,即15%天然粘土+0.2%CN-1+0.4‰CG-14S+0.5‰DFD-2。研究成果为解决复杂地层地连墙施工槽壁垮塌问题提供了新的选择,同时对于工程泥浆的研制与优化也有一定的理论价值和参考意义。 |

Investigate on optimization of slurry modification for trenching of diaphragm wall in sandy gravel layer |

Abstract:It is difficult for traditional bentonite mud to meet the engineering requirements for the construction of ground wall in sand-gravel layer due to the serious leakage of slurry, frequent collapse of trough wall and steep increase of engineering cost. On the basis of theoretical analysis, experiments were carried out to develop a new type of wall protection mud to solve the collapse of groove wall in gravel layer. The basic modifier CN-1 was determined through optimization test to improve its suspension stability. On this basis, the adhesive lifting agent (CG-14S) and synergic plugging agent (DFD-2) were further screened to improve its comprehensive performance indexes. The optimized formula was determined through orthogonal test and the performance and cost evaluation were carried out. Finally, a new type of clay wall protection mud is developed, which is 15% natural clay +0.2%CN-1+0.4‰ CG-14s +0.5‰ DDFD-2. The research results provide a new choice for solving the collapse problem of trench wall construction in complex stratum, and have certain theoretical value and reference significance for the development and optimization of engineering mud. |
