中文摘要:简要介绍了双轮铣槽机的应用背景以及工作原理,针对双轮铣在硬岩成槽领域推广过程中出现的问题,分析了现阶段对纯铣法认识的误区,分析了硬岩工况采用纯铣法的弊端,得出硬岩工况下采用纯铣施工并不能发挥双轮铣这种设备的核心优势,进而提出了一种应用于硬岩成槽的钻铣组合工法,分析了这种组合工法的优势,并从引孔方法选择、引孔布置、孔径选择出发,并基于平行作业的原则,着重介绍了工法关键工作“钻”的实施方法,提出了适用于不同直径、不同岩石强度、采用不同钻孔设备的三种钻孔布置方法,并结合相关案例,对该工法的实际应用以及取得的有益效果予以验证说明,并在文章结尾阐述了“钻”“铣”两项工作的目的,对二者的主次关系予以界定。

Some Discussion on Combination method about Drilling and cutting in Hard rock strata
Abstract:This paper briefly introduces the application background and working principle of the double wheel grooving machine, analyzes the misunderstanding of the pure milling method at the present stage, analyzes the disadvantages of the pure milling method in the hard rock working condition, and concludes that the pure milling construction under the hard rock working condition can not give full play to the core advantages of the double wheel milling equipment, and then puts forward a drilling and milling combination method applied to the hard rock grooving, The advantages of this combined construction method are analyzed, and based on the principle of parallel operation, the implementation method of the key work "drilling" of the construction method is emphatically introduced from the selection of the hole leading method, the hole leading arrangement and the hole diameter selection. Three kinds of drilling arrangement methods suitable for different diameters, different rock strengths and different drilling equipment are proposed. Combined with relevant cases, the practical application of the construction method and the beneficial effects achieved are verified and explained, At the end of the article, it expounds the purpose of "drilling" and "milling", and defines the primary and secondary relationship between them.
