Abstract:The Shunbei 56X well is a key pre-exploration well in the Shunbei V belt. The well was drilled in 9300m (8087.94 m vertical depth), and the static temperature at the bottom of the well is up to 178℃. There was high probability in reservoir stratum of Shunbei 56X to drill in broken carbonate strata. These challenges of directional drilling engineering such as high friction and torque, difficult trajectory control, high failure rate of MWD. According to the above technical problems, through the development, the ultra deep deviated borehole trajectory optimization design, made slope based on the accurate prediction of bha optimization with fusion and the screw optimization, based on the well hole trajectory control technology research, based on the drill string torque transfer law, ultra deep well tools control method research and form a complete set of high reliability, high temperature and MWD technology research, The ultra-deep directional drilling technology system with track design, process matching, screw selection and instrument optimization as the core has been built. These technologies have been applied in Shunbei 56X well to assist safe drilling. The Shunbei 56X is the first horizontal well to exceed 9000m depth in onshore Asia, a record of Asian Petroleum Engineering onshore well depth was improved. The technology applied in Shunbei 56X well can provide technical support for exploring and developing the Shunbei Oil & Gas Field. |
