Abstract:With the increasing dependence on foreign oil and gas, unconventional oil and gas energy such as tight oil and gas and shale oil and gas have become the focus of China's energy development. Well factory fracturing technology is widely used in unconventional oil and gas development because it can transform low-permeability formations, significantly reduce construction costs, shorten construction time, improve equipment utilization, and save land. Based on the discussion of the development status of well factory fracturing technology, this paper introduces the well pattern deployment characteristics of cluster horizontal wells, such as wellbore direction, length of horizontal sections, wellbore spacing, and analyzes statistically the key technical parameters of horizontal wells in segmented clusters, such as fracture length, cluster spacing and perforating cluster number. This paper introduces the fracturing methods commonly used in cluster horizontal well factory fracturing, including double well synchronous fracturing, double well zipper fracturing and multi-well combination fracturing, compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the common fracturing methods. It is suggested to develop the theories of prediction of interwell fracture interference, well cluster fracturing perforation cluster design, points out the direction for the development of unconventional oil and gas reservoir well fracturing technology in China. |
