中文摘要:在深部硬岩地层中,孕镶金刚石钻头具有高强度、高耐磨性和抗冲击的能力,在此类地层中具有更好的钻进性能。孕镶金刚石钻头的碎岩效率及寿命与其碎岩单元性能息息相关。 本文对孕镶金刚石钻头碎岩单元磨损及其强化研究现状进行综述,总结分析不同强化方式对切削单元强度、磨损量、钻进效率的影响,从延寿增效的角度讨论了适用于深部硬岩钻进的孕镶金刚石钻头碎岩单元强化方向,为深部地质钻探用孕镶金刚石钻头的设计与制造提供参考。

Research progress of the Broken rock unit strengthen of impregnated diamond bit in deep hard rock drilling
Abstract:In deep hard rock strata, the pregnant diamond drill bit has high strength, high wear resistance and impact resistance, which has better drilling performance in such strata. The efficiency and life of pregnant diamond drill bit are closely related to the performance of broken rock unit. This paper summarizes the research status of wear and reinforcement of pregnant diamond bit unit, summarizes and analyzes the influence of different reinforcement methods on cutting unit strength, wear and drilling efficiency, discusses the direction of reinforcement of pregnant diamond bit unit suitable for deep hard rock drilling from the perspective of life extension and efficiency, and provides reference for the design and manufacture of pregnant diamond bit for deep geological drilling.
