富水粉细沙层盾构接收端头注浆加固技术研究及实践

中文摘要:华北平原某地铁区间风井盾构接收端头所处地层从上到下主要为粉质黏土、黏质粉土、粉细沙,且地下水位高,流动性强。接受端头经高压旋喷注浆加固后经水平探孔发现其仍然存在涌水涌沙风险。因此,盾构机刀盘在破除洞门时极易发生从洞门间隙处涌水涌沙,为保证盾构机顺利脱出洞门(贯通出洞),完成盾构空推过站的设计。采取地表注浆的方式对区间风井接收端头富水粉细沙地层进行针对性的加固以保证施工安全。经过处理后盾构机顺利空推过站,未发生涌水涌沙。

Research and practice on grouting reinforcement technology for the receiving end of shield tunneling in rich water and fine sand layers
Abstract:The receiving end of an air shaft shield in a subway section in the North China Plain is mainly composed of silty clay, clayey silt and silty fine sand from top to bottom, with high groundwater level and strong liquidity. After being reinforced by high-pressure rotary jet grouting at the receiving end, it was found through horizontal exploration holes in the air shaft that there is still a risk of water and sand inrush. Therefore, the cutterhead of the shield tunneling machine is prone to water and sand surging from the gap between the tunnel door and the cutterhead when breaking through the tunnel door. To ensure the smooth release of the shield machine from the tunnel gate (through the tunnel) and complete the design of the shield machine"s aerial pushing over the station. Targeted reinforcement of the strata at the receiving end of the interval air shaft is carried out through surface grouting to ensure construction safety. After processing, the shield tunneling machine passed through the station smoothly, with good reinforcement and anti-seepage effects on the strata, and no water or sand surges occurred.
