基于普适型监测预警体系中多参数模型研究—以云南省保山市大园子滑坡为例

中文摘要:为全面发展“人防+技防”的地质灾害防治技术体系,构建了以普适型监测仪器为主的地质灾害监测预警体系,笔者以云贵高原地区中的隆阳区瓦渡乡大园子滑坡为例,详细介绍了该处地质灾害从方案设计到监测数据筛选及模式设计各环节,主要阐述多参数模型在监测预警体系建设中的应用,通过采集地质灾害体的关键信息,如降雨、位移变形量及裂缝变化量,优化监测预警模型及调整阈值,及时捕捉地质灾害体的变化信息,依靠平台判据模型自主触发预警,完成了普适型监测预警体系建设的关键环节,同时利用平台的实时发布功能及广播预警,成功发布地质灾害的预警消息至相关管理人员和现场受威胁对象,从而实现了普适型监测预警的效果,极大的提升了地质灾害防治体系的自动化和智能化能力。

Research on multi-parameter model based on universal monitoring and early warning system
Abstract:In order to comprehensively develop the geological disaster prevention and control technology system of "civil air defense + technical defense", and build a geological disaster monitoring and early warning system based on universal monitoring instruments, the author takes the Dayuanzi landslide in Wadu Township, Longyang District, in the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau as an example, and introduces in detail the geological disasters from scheme design to monitoring data screening and model design, mainly expounding the application of multi-parameter model in the construction of monitoring and early warning system, and collecting the key information of geological disasters, such as rainfall, displacement deformation and crack change. At the same time, the real-time release function of the platform and the broadcast early warning were used to successfully release the early warning message of the geological disaster to the relevant management personnel and the threatened objects on the site, so as to realize the effect of universal monitoring and early warning, and greatly improve the automation and intelligent ability of the geological disaster prevention and control system.
