中文摘要:对立轴式钻机和全液压动力头钻机进行了全面的对比分析,重点对2种钻机进行了技术经济对比。结果表明,动力头钻机不仅在搬迁和运移性方面要优于立轴式钻机,而且在钻进施工的技术经济指标方面也优于立轴式钻机。钻孔深度加大后,动力头钻机在钻进施工效率方面的对比优势会逐渐减弱,应该考虑采取加大钻杆立根长度,从而加大起下钻速度的措施。

Analysis on the Development Trend of Geological Core Drill in China
Abstract:A comprehensive analysis on and comparison between spindle core drill and hydraulic top-drive core drill is made in this article. Special concern is focused on the technical economics in the drilling operation of the two types of the core drills. The result shows that hydraulic top-drive core drill is superior over spindle core drill not only in its light weight and portability, but also in its excellent drilling performance. With the increase of borehole depth, the comparative advantage of hydraulic top-drive core drill decreases. In this case, the length of drill rod stand should be increased to improve efficiency of round-trip operation.
