New Mould Material and Moulding Technology for Diamond Bit Manufacture

Abstract:For solving the problem of high cost and long processing cycle of the mould adopted for manufacturing diamond bit using the leaching method, a new mould material(porcelain powder)is developed to replace graphite as a mould material. And a new moulding method is developed with the mould processes simplified and the cost reduced.
