中文摘要:高活性粉煤灰注浆材料是以工业废料粉煤灰为主体,配合其它具有胶凝增强和提高早期强度的外掺料,以及能改善浆液性能使之满足注浆施工作业要求的外加剂,经特殊加工而成的一种新型注浆材料。该材料与普通硅酸盐水泥用于注浆工程相比有流动性好、凝结时间适当、抗压强度较高、结石率高的特点,经在静压注浆和高压旋喷注浆工程中的初步应用,取得了较好的效果。

Performance and Application of Highlyactivative Flyash as Grouting Material

Abstract:Highlyactivative flyash is a new kind of specially processing grouting material whose main component is the flyash, an industrial waste material. Using the highlyactivative flyash with other additives which can strengthen cementation, increase early strength and improve grout performance can meet the requirements of grouting work. Compared with common silicate cement, the material possesses of the features of well flowability, proper cement time, high compression strength and high ratio of cemented rock in grouting application. Good results have got in static pressure grouting and high pressure jet grouting engineering.
