| 中文摘要:我国广泛采用干喷混凝土设备实施干喷工艺 ,存在高粉尘、高回弹和低工效等缺点。近年来 ,国际和国内的一些研究单位开发了一系列的湿喷设备以期解决上述问题。自行开发的湿喷设备总体方案采用泵送型湿喷方式 ,湿喷混凝土泵及速凝剂泵均采用全液压双缸柱塞式 ,还研制了喷头、输送管道及附件等。提出的湿喷工艺具有诸多优点。设计加工中进行了多次改进 ,进行了试验并对其工艺进行了考核 ,其性能达到了国外知名公司同类产品的水平。 |

| Abstract:Dry shotcrete equipment has the disadvantages of high dust content, high rebound elasticity, lower working efficiency and so on. Institute of Exploration Techniques CAG researched and developed a new wet shotcrete equipment, with related spray heads, carrier pipes and other accessories, and wet shotcrete process. Performance of the equipment is at the same level as that of the same type in overseas marcket. |
