中文摘要:把反循环钻进中循环液体视为刚体 ,以力矩平衡等理论为依据 ,建立井底净化模型 ,对影响井底净化效果的各种因素如地层、钻头结构、工作规程、井底流场、压持效应和渗透规律等进行综合研究 ,推出最优净化条件 ,通过室内及野外试验进行验证。

Researchon Bottom Hole Flushing in Reverse Circulation Drilling

Abstract:The authors consider circulation fluid in reserve circulation drilling as rigid body and establish the bottom hole flushing model based upon moment balance theory etc.. Optimal flushing conditions are presented according to the results of studying various factors affecting bottom hole flushing such as strata, structure of bit, working regulation, flow field of bottom hole, cuttinghold effect, infiltration law and so on. The results are verified in lab and on field.
