中文摘要:分析了油压夯管锤的特点 ,对其结构型式、配油结构进行了理论分析和研究 ,建立了冲锤运动过程的数学模型 ,并开发了仿真电算程序。在此基础上 ,对油压夯管锤进行结构参数设计。详细介绍了UH - 30 0 0型油压夯管锤的工作原理及工艺性试验的内容。

Developmentof UH-3000 Hydraulic Pipe Rammer and Testing of Its Process
Abstract
Abstract:The characteristics of hydraulic pipe rammers are reviewed with their structural types and oil distribution configuration. A mathematical model is set up for the movement process of the rammer with an developed imitation program, and based on which the structural parameters are designed. The working principle of UH-3000 hydraulic rammer is detailed with the testing results of its process.
