中文摘要:工程钻机及水井钻机转盘用大型推力轴承的加工比较困难,存在淬火变形问题,分析了轴承圈的淬火工艺及淬火变形产生的主要原因,通过设计专用简易淬火压床,改进淬火工艺,减小了轴承圈的变形,提高了制造质量。

Analysis and Modificationof Quenching Process of Heavy Duty Thrust Bearing of Table in Drill Rig

Abstract:The machining of the heavy duty thrust bearings for construction and water well drill rigs is difficult due to quenching and deformation. The quenching process of the bearing is examined with the main causes of quenching deformation. A special easy quenching press is designed to modify the quenching process, reduce the deformation of the bearing ring, and improve the manufacturing quality.
