中文摘要:基坑开挖及降水引起周围地面不均匀沉降并导致周围建筑物倾斜、开裂等问题,一直以来都受到人们的关注。在总结当前地面沉降计算方法的基础上,结合具体工程实例采用弹塑性有限单元法模拟基坑支护、降水以及开挖步骤,分析其对周围地面沉降及建筑物的影响。计算分析结果表明,施工支护条件对支护结构周围土体影响较大,考虑降水和不考虑降水计算结果相差20 mm左右,表明抽水引起的变形较大,最后提出了减少沉降的主要措施。

Numerical Analysis on Building Settlement around Foundation Pit
Abstract:It is always important to research building incline and cracking induced by differential settlement around foundation pit. Base on current computing method of ground settlement, ground settlement and building settlement induced by supporting, excavation and precipitation of foundation pit are analyzed by means of a finite element elastoplastic model with the engineering example. Numerical results indicate that the greater effect is induced by supporting and there is 20 mm’s difference between with or without taking account of precipitation. At last the main measures are given to reduce settlement.
