中文摘要:依据极坚硬岩石条件下冲击凿岩钎具的能量传递模型,以“飞龙”系列ZQ25-2041整钎为例,在ANSYS平台上做了动力谐响应分析,由此确定了危险工作频率,能为在此条件下钎杆的疲劳寿命的预测提供理论支持。

The Dynamics Harmonic Research on Rock Percussion Drilling Steel Rod in Super-hard Rock
Abstract:According to the energy-delivering model of the drilling steel in super-hard rock, This article adopts ANSYS three dimensions simulation finite element analysis(FEA) software and the methods of the dynamics harmonic analysis, has analyzed the stress state and deformation of the “Flying Dragon” series number ZQ25-2041 integral drilling steel when it bears percussive stress wave. This article has also indicated the dangerous work frequency and gave the theories base for estimating the fatigue life of the drilling steel rod in super-hard rock.
