中文摘要:在河南省舞阳铁山矿区的勘察钻进中,采用液动潜孔锤钻进工艺解决了在倾角较大、软硬不均、互层频繁的条带状混合花岗岩地层中的钻探技术难题,提高了钻进效率,有效地防止了钻孔的偏斜。结合该工程实例介绍了液动潜孔锤钻进工艺以及所取得的效果。

Abstract:Hydro-hammer drilling is an advanced technology, which can challenge hard and complex rock stratum and can improve drilling efficiency and extend bit service life; furthermore, it has better anti-inclining effect. In the exploration drilling of Tieshan mining area of Wuyang city Henan Province, percussion rotation drilling technology resolves the technical problem of drilling in the banded compound granite formation with big inclination, uneven hardness and frequent interbed.
