中文摘要:钻机给进机构性能的好坏直接影响钻探效率、钻孔质量的高低和钻机其他技术性能的发挥。通过对JD15型全液压钻机给进机构的几种设计方案的分析对比,最终确定出满足设计要求的最佳方案,即长行程单液压缸给进机构方案,并完成了核心部件的设计与校核。

Design of Driving Mechanism of JD15 Fully Hydraulic Drilling Machine

Abstract:The functions of the driving mechanism directly affect drilling efficiency,borehole quality and other technological performances of the drilling machine.In this paper,different types of driving mechanism of JD15 hydraulic drilling machine are compared and analyzed.At last,the best design project,driving mechanism of the single hydraulic cylinder with long stroke,was determined.
