中文摘要:宣页1井是一口评价页岩气资源潜力的探井,设计垂深2570 m,该井主要钻遇中古生界地层,岩性致密,可钻性极值达8~10级,地层倾角45°左右。在分析塔式钻具、偏心钻具、复合钻进、垂直钻井等防斜技术防斜机理的基础上,重点介绍了各种防斜技术在该井试验应用试验情况,并针对各种防斜技术的应用效果进行了评价。

Experimental Application of Deviation Control Technologies in Xuanye Well 1
Abstract:As an exploration well, Xuanye Well 1 was designed 2570m in vertical depth for shale gas resource potential evaluation. The construction was mainly drilling in the Mesozoic-Paleozoic formation with dense lithology, drillability extreme of 8~10 and formation tip about 45. Based on the analysis on the technology and the mechanism of deviation control with tower-type drilling tool, eccentric drilling tool, compound drilling and vertical well drilling; the paper introduced the experimental application of all kinds of deviation control technologies in Xuanye Well 1, and the application effects of all kinds of deviation control technologies were evaluated.
