| Current Status of Trenchless Industry in China and the Prospect |

| Abstract:Trenchless technology is recognized as an environmentally sound technology (EST) for underground services by United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). In this paper, the author firstly outlines the various technology methods and the advantages of trenchless construction; then introduces in detail the 3 development stages of trenchless technology in China, the current status and the main problems; lastly analyses the market potential for this new technology. |
