中文摘要:为满足城市地质大调查复杂地层钻进的需要,研制了JDD-100型全液压钻机高频振动回转顶驱。该顶驱具有回转钻进、高频振动钻进、高频振动回转钻进功能。对顶驱的回转机构和振动机构进行了全面系统的设计,运用ADAMS动力学仿真分析软件对高频振动回转顶驱的工作过程进行了动态仿真分析。试验表明,该装置结构设计合理,钻进效率高,工作寿命长,满足了城市地质大调查复杂地层高效钻进的要求。 |

Development of Rotary Top Drive Drilling System with High-frequency Vibration |

Abstract:To meet the requirements of the complex formation drilling in urban strata survey, a rotary top drive drilling system with high frequency vibration was developed for JDD-100 full hydraulic drilling rig, which has the functions of rotary drilling, high-frequency vibration drilling and rotary drilling with high-frequency vibration. The top drive drilling rotary mechanism and the vibrating mechanism are designed systematically, and the dynamic simulation analysis is made on the working process of the rotary top drive drilling system with high frequency vibration by using the ADAMS dynamics simulation software. The experiment proves that the device can satisfy the requirements of high drilling efficiency in complex formations for urban geological survey with its rational structure design, high drilling efficiency and long working life. |
