中文摘要:通过对陕西省金龙山金矿区的地层特点进行研究,分析总结了该矿区地层失稳的原因,试验提出了KCl-PHPA与SD植物胶的复合型泥浆配方,通过在该矿区的应用,有效地解决了该地区的地层失稳问题,降低了钻孔事故率,提高了钻进效率,取得了良好的钻探技术效果。

Drilling Difficulties in Unstable Formation Being Solved by Compound Mud
Abstract:Based on the study on the formation characteristics of Jinlongshan gold mining area in Shannxi, the causes of unstability are analyzed, the compound mud formula of KCl-PHPA and SD vegetable gum is put forward by test. The problems existing in the unstable formation in this area are effectively solved by the application of this compound mud with lowered rate of drilling accident.
