中文摘要:几内亚博凯地区铝土矿勘探项目中分别采用无冲洗介质岩心钻探和螺旋钻探2种工艺,通过工程实践和对比试验结果表明:在风化残积地层中无冲洗介质岩心钻探存在着效率低、成本高、岩心质量难以保障、工人劳动强度高等问题。采用螺旋钻探工艺施工,其钻探质量不仅能够满足规范设计要求,而且可以降低成本、提高钻探效率,其钻探效率是岩心钻探的6.77倍,综合施工效率是岩心钻探的3.5倍。

Drilling Technology Used in Weathering Residual Bauxite Mine of Guinea
Abstract:No circulation media core drilling and auger drilling were used for the bauxite prospecting in Bokai of Guinea. The engineering practice and the comparison test show that no circulation media core drilling has disadvantages of low efficiency, high cost, unstable core quality and high labor intensity in weathering residual formations; but with auger drilling technology, the drilling quality of design requirement by specification can be satisfied with lower cost and higher drilling efficiency, the drilling efficiency is 6.77 times that of core drilling and the comprehensive construction efficiency is 3.5 times that of the core drilling.
