中文摘要:针对东辛复杂断块油藏泥岩夹层和断层附近套管损坏严重的问题,研究了套管在泥岩夹层和断层附近套损机理。研究表明,造成泥岩夹层和断层处套管损坏的主要原因是该层段的异常地应力。因此,在这2个层段,考虑异常地应力作用和承受非均匀地应力作用对套管强度的影响,提出了基于地应力的套管强度优化设计方法。

Design Method of Casing Strength Optimization Based on In-situ Stress
Abstract:In view of the serious casing damage in the mudstone interlayer and near the fault of complex Dongxin fault block reservoir, the casing damage mechanism is studied. The studies demonstrate that the main causes of the casing damage in the mudstone interlayer and near the fault are the abnormal in-situ stress there. Therefore, considering casing damage caused by the abnormal stress and non-uniform stress in these 2 stratigraphic sections, the optimization design method of casing strength is put forward based on the in-situ stress.
