中文摘要:运用正交设计原理,通过具有代表性的试验,研究分析了各因素对泥浆固液分离效果的影响,结果表明,影响混凝效果的主次因素为混凝剂种类、泥浆浓度、加量、搅拌时间。并指出混凝剂选择的方法和应注意的问题,以供工程参考。

Orthogonal Experimental Study on Solid-liquid Separation of Waste Mud

Abstract:This paper discusses the factors, which affect the solid liquid separation of mud through typical experiments based on the orthogonal theorem. The results indicate that the factors affecting coacervation come out by the following order of degree: type of coacervating agent, concentration of mud, input amount, mixing duration. The methods of selecting the mud type and the problem should be paid attention are pointed out.
