Hydro-hammer Technology and Its Use Prospect
Abstract:Hydro-hammers provide high penetration rate in hard rocks, less borehole deviation, and high core recovery in exploration drilling. The technology has been established and its uses are being extended. The approach to the improvement of hydro-hammers is explored with their development trend toward high energy and large depth uses.
