中文摘要:位于长江南岸堤圩区某变电所综合楼地基上部为厚层淤泥土,设计采用静压钢筋泥凝土预制桩。试桩的基桩静载荷试验全部满足设计要求,而工程桩静压载荷试验有50%的基桩承载力达不到设计要求。分析了场地的工程地质条件、影响桩静载荷试验承载力的施工因素、群桩的时间效应和群桩的挤土效应等,有针对性地进行了处理,满足了工程设计要求。

Analysis and Measure of Bearing Capacity Deficiency in One Static-press Pile at the Side of Yangtse River
Abstract:The upper section of the foundation of one substation building, which is located on a dyke section of the south side of Yangtze River, contains a thick layer of slit. The static-press poles of precast steel reinforced concrete were adopted. All static-loading examinations on test piles met requests of design, but among the same examinations on engineering piles, there were only 50 percentage of piles the requests. The article analyses the engineering geological condition of the site at first, discusses in details on construction factors, squeezing-effect and time-effect of group-pile which affect static-load examinations on engineering piles; at last, based on the main causes, some corresponding measures are given to meet the design in the article.
