中文摘要:随着我国探矿深度不断增加,钻探设备的尺寸也在不断加大,操作人员的劳动强度也在增加。基于此情况,3500液压岩心钻机需要适配一套的移摆管装置,在降低工人劳动强度的同时,也可以快速、安全的运移钻杆。本文设计了此移摆管机构,确定各运动部件参数以及型号,保障移摆管机构运动平稳、工作安全可靠。并利用ADAMS动力学仿真软件,对移摆管机构进行运动仿真,找出设计的不足之处,给出优化建议。

Design of Pipe Racking for 3500m Hydraulic Core Drill Rig and the Dynamic Simulation Analysis
Abstract:With the increasing depth of exploration,the size of drilling equipment becomes larger and larger, and the labor intensity of operators also increases. Based on this case, the 3500 hydraulic drilling rig requires a shift pendulum tube device to reduce labor intensity as well as to transport drill fast and safely. In this paper, the racking pipe device has been designed with a determination of the parameters and the mode of the moving parts to guarantee the racking pipe device move smoothly and operate safely and reliably. Meanwhile, ADAMS dynamics simulation software has been used to conduct motion simulation for the device to identify deficiencies in the design, and to give optimization recommendations.
