中文摘要:针对青海大盐滩地下钾盐矿开采难题,尝试利用水力压裂技术增加卤水井单井产能。从水力压裂技术原理、压裂井布置、压裂与座封段确定、器具安装、压裂施工、抽水试验等方面介绍了卤矿区水力压裂试验。试验结果表明,4眼试验井平均增产559.25%,获得良好的压裂增产效果。首次将水力压裂技术引入到了卤矿区盐田增产领域,填补了国内卤盐矿井压裂增产的技术空白。

Experiment of Hydraulic Fracturing Water Increase Technology Applied to Exploitation of Potash Salt Mine in Qinghai
Abstract:According to the difficulties of underground potash salt mining in Qinghai salt flats, the hydraulic fracturing technology was tried to use for increasing the single well yield. The paper introduces the hydraulic fracturing test about the technical principles, fracturing wells arrangement, determination of fracturing section and setting site, installation of ground equipments, fracturing operation and pumping test. The test results show that the stimulation effect is good with average increasing yield up to 559.25% for 4 wells. The hydraulic fracturing technology is introduced into the stimulation field of halogen salt mine in China for the first time, which fills a domestic gap in this field.
