中文摘要:沈阳市三好街丽阳盛京广场项目基坑深度265 m,属于超大型深基坑。该工程地下水位较高,降水深度大,施工困难,安全风险较高。阐述和分析了其基坑支护与开挖、降水排水、监测等施工技术措施,以及安全生产管理措施要点,即领导重视、组织严密、职责分明、管理到位。通过严格的安全生产管理,顺利完成了深基坑工程的施工。

Construction Safety Management of Deep Foundation Pit of Liyangshengjing Plaza in Shenyang
Abstract:The depth of foundation pit is 265m in Liyangshengjing Plaza of Shenyang, which is a super large deep foundation pit. Because of the high groundwater level and deep dewatering depth, the construction is difficult with high safety risk. This paper elaborates and analyzes the foundation pit support and excavation, dewatering and drainage, engineering monitoring and other constructin technical measures as well as the main points of construction safety management. By means of strict safety production management, the deep foundation pit construction is smoothly completed.
