中文摘要:井漏不仅是油气井勘探开发中的普遍现象,还是制约井下安全、影响钻井速度的重要因素。本文围绕恶性漏失机理、堵漏处理措施、堵漏材料和堵漏工艺进行了大量的研究,分析了国内外钻井中恶性漏失问题及其提出的处理对策,分析了它们的优势和不足,总结了国内外处理钻井恶性漏失的方法。将近期最新的处理溶洞型漏失的主要技术概括为三大类——聚合物凝胶堵漏技术、化学堵漏技术和水泥堵漏技术。本文还重点介绍了新研制的一种化学凝胶堵漏技术和一种智能凝胶堵漏技术的室内试验和现场应用情况,现场应用成功率高达98%。

The status and development direction of plugging technologyfor severe circulation loss formation
Abstract:Drilling leakage is not only a common phenomenon, but also one of the important factors that affect drilling safety and penetration rates. This paper studies the mechanism of severe leakage, plugging measures, plugging materials and technology, and analyzes the severe leakage problems and countermeasures in drilling at home and abroad. Meanwhile, the methods to treat the severe drilling leakage at home and abroad are summarized, and its advantages and disadvantages are also analyzed. The new technologies to solve the karst cave leakage can be summarized into three major categories: the polymer gel plugging, chemical plugging and cement plugging. Moreover, this paper emphatically introduces the lab testing and field application results of a new chemical gel plugging technique and an intelligent gel plugging technique, with the success rate of field application up to 98%.
