中文摘要:土地资源禀赋有限、土地供给紧张严重制约了经济发展,引发了多种社会问题;废弃地生态系统结构被破坏,存在地质灾害隐患,亟待治理;废弃地分布零散、资源配置不合理,在利用过程中存在过多不必要的损耗,需要集约规划。因此,本文主要通过对废弃石灰岩矿破损山体排险修复工程设计及建设光伏电站场地改造方式进行探讨,意在提出合理、实用的解决方案,为类似废弃地潜在利用价值开发提供思路。

RSP and Rehabilitation of Abandoned Mines
Abstract:The limited land resource endowment and the shortage of land supply restrict economic development seriously and have caused many social problems; The wasteland ecosystem structure is destroyed, resulting in geological hazards and needs to be managed. The scattered distribution of waste land and unreasonable allocation of resources have caused too many unnecessary losses in the process of utilization, which requires intensive planning. With analysis of the RSP and rehabilitation design of a damaged mountain zone at an abandoned limestone mine for conversion into a photovoltaic power station site, this article intends to put forward a reasonable and practical solution, providing insights for development of the potential value of similar waste lands.
