中文摘要:湘西北页岩气储层致密,具有低孔、低渗等特点,需要对储层进行压裂改造,而携砂液的携砂能力实验,对其性能进行了研究。研究表明:携砂液属于假塑性流体,SDBS浓度为0.03%时,其流性指数最小,稠度系数最大,而且结构粘度相对其流阻比值最大,适合于湘西北页岩储层压裂改造;携砂液粘弹性携砂能力与其结构粘度有关,而且结构粘度(ηs)与沉降速率(v)满足v=-0.016ηs+2.304。

Experimental Study on Performance of Sand-carrying Fluid Based on Shale Gas Reservoir in North-western Hunan
Abstract:Shale gas reservoirs in the northwestern Hunan are dense, with low porosity and low permeability, and it is necessary to fracture the reservoir. The proppant-carrying capacity of the fracture fluid is the key to successful fracturing. In view of the characteristics of shale gas reservoirs in northwestern Hunan, the rheological properties and viscoelastic sand-carrying experiments were conducted to optimize the concentration of SDBS used as the main sand-carrying medium. The results show that the proppant-carrying fluid belongs to pseudo plastic fluids. When the concentration of SDBS is 0.03%, it provides the smallest fluidity index, the largest consistency coefficient, and the largest ratio of the structural viscosity/the flow resistance, and is ideal for the shale reservoir fracturing in the northwestern Hunan. The viscoelastic sand carrying capacity of the proppant-carrying liquid is related to its structural viscosity, and the structural viscosity (ηs) and precipitation rate (v) satisfy v=-0.016ηs +2.304.
