中文摘要:金川科学深钻预导孔为大陆科学钻探选址与科学钻探实验中的钻探项目之一。设计钻孔深度为2000~2500 m,主要采用S122、S95和S75绳索取心钻进技术。考虑深部钻探以及绳索取芯小环隙特点以及金川矿区复杂地层特点,钻井液成为重要的技术设计环节。本文对金川预导孔泥浆体系和性能指标的设计方法进行了论述,重点研究了深孔小环隙泥浆循环的特点和复杂地层条件下绳索取芯工艺适应性问题;论文还针对该矿区坍塌和漏失地层的护壁方案进行了预案设计。

The Research of Fluid in Jinchuan Deep Scientific Drilling Pilot Hole
Abstract:the Jinchuan science deep drill preliminary guide hole is one project of the continental scientific drilling location and scientific drilling experiments of drilling. Design drill hole depth for 2000~2500 m, mainly adopts S122, S75 and S95 wire coring drilling technology. Considering deep drilling and small ring gap characteristic during wire core and the complex formation mine characteristics of Jinchuan, drilling fluid becomes an important technical design link. In this paper, the Jinchuan preliminary guide hole mud system and performance index of the design method are discussed, and researching the little ring gap and the cycle characteristics of the mud in deep hole and the wire core process adaptability in complex formation conditions; This paper also relates to the mining collapse and leakage formation of breast wall scheme in the plan design.
