中文摘要:页岩气是一种重要的非常规天然气资源,页岩则是页岩气生成的源岩,也是聚集和保存其储层和盖层,页岩气钻探具有自身特点和更高的要求。针对页岩物理化学性质及地层特点,分析了页岩气钻探特点,并对页岩气钻探过程中存在的主要问题,如钻孔不稳定性成因、钻探设备和机具配套、钻探方法选择、钻井液设计进行了较为详细的分析研究。在实践和理论分析基础上,提出了页岩气钻探要实现“快速钻探、抑制性钻井液优先”原则。

Key Technical Analyze and Research on Shale Gas Drilling
Abstract:Shale gas is a lind of important unconventional natural gas resources, shale is the source rocks of shale gas, and also its reservoir and cap rock, shale gas drilling has its characters and higher technical requirements. This paper aims to the physical and chemical properties and the stratum, analyzed the characters of shale gas drilling, and conduct the detailed research on the main problems during the shale gas drilling, such as the reason on well hole unstabilize, drilling equipments and tools, drilling method choose, design on drilling mud. On the base of practice and theory, put forward the principle of “fast drilling, inhibitory drilling mud priority” in shale gas drilling.
