中文摘要:水平井技术作为提高采收率、降低开发成本的一条有效途径已经在国内外得到广泛应用。水平井开发低渗透油藏能数倍的扩大油藏的泄油体积,减小生产压差,增加原油产量,但低渗油藏水平井固井一直是固井领域的难题。本文重点分析了胜利低渗油藏水平井固井技术现状、难点及攻关思路, 优选了零自由水、低失水、流变性好、直角稠化、微膨胀、防窜性能强的水泥浆体系,选用了与水泥浆体系、钻井液相容性好的冲洗前置液,采用了相应的固井技术措施,从而提高了胜利低渗油藏水平井的固井质量。

The Horizontal Wells Slurry System and Construction Technology of the Low Permeability Reservoirs
Abstract:The horizontal well technology as an effective way to improve recovery and reduce development costs has been widely used at home and abroad. Development of horizontal wells in low-permeability reservoir can be several times the volume of the expansion of the reservoir drain, reduce the production of pressure, to increase crude oil production, however, the horizontal well cementing of the low-permeability reservoir has been difficult in the field. This paper focuses on the horizontal well cementing the status and difficult of the low permeability reservoirs in Shengli oil field, research ideas, optimized slurry system, the system has a zero-free water, low water loss, rheology, at right angles to thickening, micro-expansion, channeling the performance and strong features; Preferred the excellent performance of the wash prepad fluid, and cement slurry, drilling fluid compatibility, Using cementing measures to improve the quality of the horizontal well cementing in Shengli low-permeability reservoirs.
