Pneumatic DTH drilling technology has been widely applied because of its high drilling efficiency and good borehole quality, but there are still some problems such as mismatch between equipment performance and construction conditions, unfitting to the main parameters and notenough mastering of operation rules. Based on the engineering practice and according to the related literature, the paper discussed the technical issues in DTH drilling.
