The advantages of the Pulse Electroplating Method are studied;The coating constituents for theelectro-plated PDC are properly selected. Lab tests show that it is feasible to use the Pulse ElectroplatingMethod to manufacture PDCs and PDC bits. The application results are fairly ideal.
