Ground settlement is discussed based on relevant conclusion of rheologic property of soil with intrinsic time theory in this paper. Calculating formula of variation of ground settlement with time is given and tested and verified. Comparison between the formula provided in the paper and other existing typical formulas of ground settlement indicates that the formula in this paper has higher precision.
