With the incoming entry of China into WTO, the proposal of "Implementing the four major technical transformations, e.g. new drill steel material, one step method quality tungsten carbide, PDC drill steels and DZ series of all hydraulic rock drilling equipment, to build China into a country powerful in rock drilling equipment" is initiated.
