The paper analyses the present status and main affecting factors of underwater rock blasting. Three parameters, water depth( H ), rock weathering degree and joint structure ( RQD ) and rock property ( f ) are thought to be the main factors that affect single usage of explosive. Linear relation formulas between single usage of explosive and three main factors are deduced.
