The important signification of mineral resources to economical and social development of our country, the serious situation confronted by mineral resources in our country, and the necessary of actualizing ‘Crisis Mine Replacement Resources Exploration Plan’ were discussed. It is emphasized that the role of high efficiency geology core drilling technology in the plan is not replaceable. The low cost and high efficiency drilling technology was put out to speed the plan implement.
