    摘要:

    通过对被加工工件的材质、理化机械性能和珩磨工艺、磨削机理的分析研究,经过大量试验和生产实践,研制出新型结合剂金刚石珩磨油石,总结出较完善的工艺配方和制造方法。该产品的研制成功和推广应用,将促进我国珩磨技术的发展和金刚石制品生产的经济效益的提高。

    Abstract:

    After analyses and research on material quality and physico-chemical function of processed〖KG*2〗workpiece, honing technique, ablation mechanism, and having made a lot of tests and practices, a new type of binding agent, diamond honing oilstone, was developed. The manufacture method and the technique formula were summarized out. The honing technology will be developed and the economic efficiency of diamond products in our country will be promoted as the product is developed and popularized.
