Borebole east-in-place pile technology is widely used in the treatment of soft soil and rock foundations. This article is intended to illustrate the construction technology applied in the 120m extra-deep large-diameter borebole east-in-place pile of Wenzbou World Trade Center Mansion, and to present relative measures taken for the problems easily encountered during the construction, such as skewing boring, sticking, breakdown, blocking, etc.
