    摘要:

    某3层砖混结构楼房,因地基下沉且不稳定导致向南东倾斜成为危房,经采用静压桩托换地基加固补强控制地基稳定后,进行双向顶升纠偏设计、施工与试验,通过成果分析治理是成功的。介绍了纠偏设计与施工技术。

    Abstract:

    Because of the ground subsidence, a 3-storeyed masonry-concrete building became dangerous with southeast inclination. Static pressure pile underpinning was used to reinforce the foundation. After consolidation, the design, construction and test of two-direction rectification by jack-up were made, and it was proved successful. The design and construction of rectification of deviation were introduced.
