    摘要:

    任丘市常规地热井存在含砂量高、孔壁易失稳等问题。在本区设计首眼填砾地热井,选择了φ178 mm/φ311 mm的管/孔径级配的成井结构。通过录井仪监测、泥浆性能控制等措施完成成孔施工;通过破壁替浆、静水填砾等程序完成成井施工。运行检验证明,施工工艺可行,成井质量可靠。

    Abstract:

    High sand content rate and unstable borehole wall exist in common geological well in Renqiu, and the gradation of 178mm pipe and 311mm diameter was chosen for the first gravel-filled geological well in this area. Borehole construction was completed under the logging instrument monitoring and mud property control; well construction was completed by -breaking mud layer of the wall and gravel-filling in static water level. It was proved the construction technology was feasible and quality of well completion was reliable by operation test.
