    分析了造成川南煤田古叙矿区两河矿段25-2钻孔埋卡钻事故的原因，介绍了事故的处理过程及技术措施，总结了经验和体会。

    Abstract:

    The paper analyzed the causes of drill burying accident in 25-2 borehole of South Sichuan coalfield, introduced the treatment process and the technical measures, and summed up the experience.
