A tool suitable to wire-line fishing in deep and dry hole and setting inner assembly was designed. The paper introduced the working principle and the structure composition of safe wire-line fisher and conveyor in deep hole. Study was made on the principle of mechanical control of inner tool and downhole releasing control, and the concrete methods of fisher downhole releasing were described. It was proved that fisher was applied with steady performance, convenient assembly and shorter time in handling accidents.
