Because of the improper operation of drilling off in a surface grouting hole construction in Wutongzhuang coalmine, the large diameter drill collar tripping and rundown of drill string occurred, the tripped collar was stuck. Special oil fishing bowl pipe was used to deal with the accident, the result was very satisfied. The paper introduced the accident settlement and the fishing bowl pipe technique.
