    摘要:

    BBA铁西新工厂办公楼基坑支护及降水工程规模较大,地质条件较复杂,采用了多种施工工艺及施工方法,对施工质量有着很高的要求。且该地区地下水含量非常丰富,水位较高,对基坑开挖的安全性影响很大。通过对该工程的安全监测项目进行深入研究,制定了严格的基坑安全监测方案,保证了施工的安全。

    Abstract:

    Large scale foundation pit support and dewatering engineering were carried in complex geological conditions for BBA(BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd.) Tiexi New Factory Office Building, several construction technologies and construction methods were used with high requirements on the quality of construction. Because the rich content of groundwater and high water level in the area, the excavation security was very important. By further study on the safety monitoring projects, strict foundation pit safety monitoring program was made to ensure the safety of the construction.
